Proposed League Constitution 2011/12 The East Midlands Counties Football League has today published its proposed constitution for the 2011/12 season. The only team leaving the league are Champions Gresley FC and the League wishes them the very best of luck for the future. Joining the League in the opposite direction will be Oadby Town FC who have been relegated from the Midland Football Alliance. With no teams in the Leagues 2 feeder leagues being eligible for automatic promotion both Blackwell MW and Radford FC have been saved from relegation. 20011/12 Line up ANSTEY NOMADS FC BARDON HILL FC BARROW TOWN FC BLACKWELL MW FC BORROWASH VICTORIA FC ELLISTOWN FC GEDLING MW FC GEDLING TOWN FC GRAHAM STREET PROMS FC GREENWOOD MEADOWS FC HEANOR TOWN FC HINCKLEY FC HOLBROOK SPORTS FC HOLWELL SPORTS FC IBSTOCK UNITED FC OADBY TOWN FC RADCLIFFE OLYMPIC FC RADFORD FC ST ANDREWS FC THURNBY NIRVANA FC The League will advise on any further changes or additions to the proposed constitution should they arise. .
