Desperate to end their season with a flourish, Polska take to the field having gone on an unbeaten 8 game run, but despite taking the lead on 9 minutes, find themselves 2-1 down at half time. With time running out, it is left to Tom Lane to equalise on 77 minutes, and then Craig Ewen to score Polska's final goal of the season with just 9 minutes left to win the game and take the unbeaten run to 9!
