Season 1996-97

Polska get off to a great start - the prolific Rob Crane - still enjoying a dynamic midfield role - scoring within the first minute - around 55 seconds to be precise, to put the Eagles 1-0 up, but Polska then relax and before they know it are somehow 2-1 down at half time. Pete Airey then equalises early in the second half, before Chris Lewis scores his first ever Polska goal to give his team the 3-2 victory. It means Polska have now won their first 3 league matches.
