TOM DUNKLEY chose the perfect time to score his first ever Leicester Polska as his team won a dramatic game 2-1. Dunkley reacted quickest to a Polska free kick that came off the post to slot home in the 90th minute of the game to give Polska only their 2nd ever league night game win in 15 years!

Earlier, Polska had looked quite comfortable in the first half, and opened the scoring on 20 minutes as Marek Dziopa - playing his final game of the season before his 7 day suspension kicks in - floated home a free kick after Radek Gagliewski had been blocked off on a run towards goal.

Fleckney certainly should have scored early in the second half but missed a 'Ronnie Rosenthal' chance with the goal at their mercy. Polska also missed their share of chances, Dziopa flashing a ball jut wide of goal early on. Fleckney felt they should have had a penalty on 80 minutes but in fairness their player always looked like he was playing for it, and went down far too easily under the faintest of challenges from John Garden, who played excellently at the back along with Mark Chater.

Fleckney finally equalised with a stinging long range shot from Sean Harding on 88 minutes that Spider Pajak could do nothing about. With the game entering the final minute, a John Garden long throw put Fleckney at full stretch and Michael Synowicz was fouled as they attempted to clear the ball. Dunkley got the touch from the resulting free kick that gave Polska the win. The Fleckney players tried in vain to claim offside but their linesman failed to raise his flag - despite saying he did then later that he didn't! - but the poor hapless referee surely did not deserve the barrage of criticism that came his way from the away side when most of his decisions were deemed to be correct.
