 Match Report

A very memorable game. Red Cow, as ever, spend the game whinging, moaning and compounding their reputation as the most hated team in the league. Despite this, they dominate the first half with some excellent football but thanks to an imperious defensive display from the Polska back line only have one goal to show for their dominance. And this goal comes from a moment of madness from Polska keeper Andy Zarzycki. He comes racing out of goal to deny an advancing Red Cow forward, and never even gets near the ball, taking the player out and conceding a penalty, which Red Cow put away. Steve Whait then scores in the 46th minute to stun the hosts, and Polska are the better side in the second half. They are unlucky not to win the game, and curse their luck when goal machine and penalty king Tom Lane misses from the spot on 66 minutes.
